4-1-5: FEES:
Except as otherwise provided in this code, all fees and charges including permit fees, inspection fees or other fees related to this title or title VII, chapter 1 of this code, shall be set forth in the latest resolution of the city council of the city of Selma establishing a schedule of fees and charges.
