The finance director of the city shall establish a Pioneer Village fund and any accounts thereunder as necessary to receive voluntary contributions and other monies generated by the operation and use of Pioneer Village. Receipts and disbursements and procedures therefor shall be added as directed by the finance director. The annual budget as developed by the director, with advice and comment of the commission shall be submitted to the finance director. (Ord. 2004-1, 2-2-2004)
