2-9-8: ANNUAL REPORT OF THE COMMISSION:
The commission shall render annually within ninety (90) days of the end of the applicable fiscal year a full report of its work to council and any recommendations as to Pioneer Village and accomplishment of the purposes of the commissioner. (Ord. 2004-1, 2-2-2004)
