(A) Assist city in encouraging, promoting and developing use of Pioneer Village including, but not limited to, Pioneer Village's historical, cultural and recreational potential.
(B) Recommend policies, rules and regulations for the conduct and operation of the Pioneer Village facilities. The executive administration of said policies, rules and regulations, once adopted, to be the responsibility of the recreation and community services director.
(C) To perform or consider any additional duties as may be designated by the council by resolution, ordinance or directives. (Ord. 2004-1, 2-2-2004)
