Regularly scheduled meetings will be determined by the advisory commission. Special meetings of the commission can be called by the chairperson or a quorum of the advisory commission. It shall be the duty of the chairperson or vice chairperson to preside over all meetings. A majority of the members of the commission positions currently filled and not vacant, but not less than three (3) members thereof, shall constitute a quorum. The annual meeting for, inter alia, all organizational purposes shall be held in July of each year at the time designated by the advisory commission, in the chambers of the city council of the city of Selma.
