(A) The compensation for each member of the advisory commission is hereby fixed at the sum of twenty five dollars ($25.00) per meeting for which the commission member is in attendance. Compensation may be hereafter set by resolution of the city council. Staff support for the advisory commission will come from both administration and the recreation and community services departments, including, but not limited to, a person to serve as recording secretary (herein "secretary") for the meetings. (B) The secretary shall give notice of all meetings of the advisory commission and shall maintain a record of such meetings, including motions taken, discussion had, and recorded votes. The secretary shall be responsible for conduct of correspondence and for implementing orders, votes, and resolutions not otherwise committed to an officer for completion. The secretary shall further keep a list of the members of the advisory commission. (Ord. 2001-9, 11-5-2001)
