2-8-2: REMOVAL OF APPOINTEE MEMBERS:
Any appointee member of any commission may be removed by any of the following:
   (A)   The appointing official, subject to approval of the legislative body.
   (B)   A four-fifths (4/5) vote of the legislative body.
