1-21-7: ABATEMENT PROCEDURES:
   (A)   The city may abate the conditions causing a public nuisance when:
      1.   The property owner or responsible party fails to abate the public nuisance as required by the notice to abate a public nuisance and an appeal has not been timely filed; or
      2.   A hearing officer has issued an order confirming the existence of a public nuisance after an appeal, pursuant to this chapter, by the property owner or responsible party. (Ord. 2013-8, 11-4-2013)
