§ 95.45 DEFINITIONS.

   For purposes of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   WEEDS. Any undesirable, uncultivated plant.

   WEEDS, GRASS AND RANK VEGETATION. Does not include agricultural crops such as hay and pasture.
