§ 90.04 RESPONSIBILITY OF OWNER.
   The person who owns an abandoned vehicle or parts of vehicle is:
   (A)   Responsible for the abandonment; and
   (B)   Liable for all of the costs incidental to the removal, storage and disposal of the vehicle or parts of a vehicle.
