§ 10.09 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this code of ordinances, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly requires a different meaning.
   BOARD OF TRUSTEES. Unless otherwise indicated, the Town Board of Trustees of the Town of Seiling.
   CODE. The Town Code of the Town of Seiling.
   COUNTY. The County of Dewey, State of Oklahoma.
   O.S. Oklahoma Statutes.
   PERSON. Any public or private corporation, firm, partnership, association, organization, government or any other group acting as a unit, as well as a natural person.
   STATE. The State of Oklahoma.
   TOWN. The Town of Seiling, County of Dewey, State of Oklahoma.
