§ 33.41 ARREST WARRANT.
   If a person arrested for a traffic violation is released upon personal recognizance as provided in § 33.37 of this chapter, but subsequently posts bail and thereafter fails to timely appear as provided by law, the Court may issue a warrant for the person’s arrest and the case shall be processed as provided in 11 O.S. § 27-118.
