3-1-3: ESTABLISHING A COVERED ACCOUNT:
As a precondition to opening a covered account in the town, each applicant shall provide the town with personal identifying information of the customer as may be reasonably requested by the employee opening said account. Such information shall be entered directly into the town's computer system. Each account shall be assigned an account number. (Ord. 2009-4, 5-11-2009)
