A. Definition: The term "park property" includes all parks, street parking, and all buildings, structures, improvements, seats, benches, fountains, boats, floats, walks, drives, roads, trees, plants, herbages, flowers, and other things thereon, and the enclosures of the same, and all trees on streets or thoroughfares, resting places, water stations, playgrounds, ballparks, or the like, and all boulevards, parkways, roads, or drives between parks. B. Conflict Of Interest Of Board Members: No member of the board of park commissioners shall be concerned in any contract for profit with the town or any of its departments, either as contractor, subcontractor, bondsman, or other party directly or indirectly interested regarding "park property" as defined in subsection A of this section.
