2-2-2: COMPOSITION; APPOINTMENT; TERMS:

The board of park commissioners shall consist of one town trustee and at least four (4) members to be appointed by the town board of trustees. The terms of office of the members of the board shall be a period of two (2) years, and all terms shall not expire at the same time. (2003 Code §§ 1-6-2, 1-6-3; amd. 2014 Code)
