2-1-4: QUORUM:
Three (3) members of the planning/zoning commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business; provided, however, that no action shall be taken which is binding upon said planning/zoning commission unless concurred by not less than a majority of all members comprising the planning/zoning commission. (2003 Code § 1-13-2)
