1-8-5: NOTICE OF ELECTION:

The notice of election to the board of trustees shall state the number of trustees to be elected for four (4) year terms and the number of trustees to be elected to fill unexpired terms, if any. Candidates for the office of trustee shall state on the declaration of candidacy the term of the office being sought. (2003 Code § 1-1-2)
