1-8-4: CANDIDATES:
   A.   Qualifications: A qualified elector shall be qualified as a candidate for trustee or clerk-treasurer. (2003 Code § 1-1-2; amd. 2014 Code)
   B.   Filing Period: The filing period shall be from eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. the first Monday in February until five o'clock (5:00) P.M. the next succeeding Wednesday. (2003 Code § 1-1-2)
