§ 32.28 TOWN-COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION.
   Nothing herein is intended to or shall prevent, hinder or prohibit the town from entering an agreement with the Board of County Commissioners for the establishment of a joint town-county emergency management organization, such agreement and joint organization being specifically authorized.
