§ 32.27 VIOLATION.
   Any person in the town violating any of the provisions of this subchapter or who shall fail to carry out any of the provisions of this subchapter or comply herewith or with the orders, rules or regulations made under the authority hereof shall, upon conviction, be punishable by a fine not to exceed the maximum provided by law.
