(A) Board of Trustees. There is hereby created a Board of Trustees of the Firefighters’ Relief and Pension Fund of the town, with membership, organization, powers, duties and functions as prescribed by 11 O.S. §§ 49-103 et seq., and as may be provided by any later laws relating to said Board.
(B) Operation of Fund. The Firefighters’ Relief and Pension Fund shall be operated in accordance with state law relating to the funds, and pensions and other benefits shall be paid as provided by state law.
