(A) (1) The members of the Fire Department shall be reimbursed at the Fire Chief’s discretion and with Town Board approval for each town fire.
(2) In addition, the Fire Chief shall be reimbursed $30 for each meeting attended, and member volunteer firefighters shall be reimbursed $20 for each meeting.
(B) The reimbursement is to cover personal communication devices and other out-of-pocket expenses while engaged in the business of extinguishing fires and training as volunteer firefighters for the town.
