§ 152.15 PURPOSE.

   This subchapter has been enacted for the following purposes:

   (A)   To maintain and enhance the visual environment and preserve the scenic beauty of the community;

   (B)   To maintain pedestrian and traffic safety;

   (C)   To minimize any adverse effect on public and private property; and

   (D)   To provide an orderly process for the permitting and upkeep of billboard structures.
