11-4-7: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any owner found violating any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code for such offense. (Ord. 2017-2, 11-13-2017)
