The town may designate by ordinance an administrative officer or administrative body to carry out the duties of the town’s Board of Trustees specified in this section. The property owner or mortgage holder shall have a right to appeal to the town’s Board of Trustees from any order of the administrative officer or administrative body. Such appeal shall be taken by filing written notice of appeal with the town’s Clerk-Treasurer within ten days after the administrative order is rendered.
