§ 151.38 CONSENT OF PROPERTY OWNER.
   The owner of the property may give written consent to the town authorizing the boarding and securing of such unsecured building and to the payment of any costs incurred thereby. By giving written consent, the owner waives any right the owner has to a hearing by the town’s Board of Trustees.
