§ 130.62 UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OR TRANSPORTATION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
   It is unlawful for any person to have in his or her possession or under his or her control any alcoholic beverage of any kind, except as permitted by law, or to transport or in any manner convey from place to place within the town any such alcoholic beverage, except as permitted by law.
