§ 130.22 DISTURBING THE PEACE, WORSHIP AND ASSEMBLIES.
   (A)   Disturbing the peace.
      (1)   It is unlawful for any person to disturb the peace of another or others by violent, obstreperous or improper conduct or carriage, by loud or unusual noise, or by unseemly, obscene, offensive or abusive language, or to insult another or others by such conduct or language.
      (2)   It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to disturb the peace and quiet of any part of the town by operating, having operated, or permitting to be operated any contrivance, whether electric or not, with or without a loudspeaker, in such a manner as to emit loud music, noise or words.

   (B)   Disturbing religious worship. It is unlawful for any person to disturb any congregation or assembly of persons meeting for religious worship by making noise; by rude, indecent or improper behavior; by profane, improper or loud language; or in any other manner, either within the place of worship or within hearing distance thereof.

   (C)   Disturbing public assemblies. It is unlawful for any person to disturb lawful public gatherings or assemblies by making noise; by rude, indecent or improper behavior; by profane, improper or loud language; or in any other manner, either within the place of assembly or within hearing distance thereof.
