§ 111.36 UNINVITED SOLICITING.
   (A)   Prohibited; nuisance declared. The practice of going in and upon private residences in the town by any peddler who has not been requested or invited to do so by the owners or occupants of said private residence shall be declared to be a nuisance and punishable as a misdemeanor.
   (B)   Nuisance abatement. The town police are hereby required and directed to suppress the same and to abate such nuisance.
