Every holder of a license to engage in “peddling”, as defined in § 111.30 of this chapter, shall conspicuously display the license at all times in some part of his or her place of business or activity where it may be readily seen by the person who has entered the place, or if he or she has no particular place of business or activity, he or she shall carry the license and shall display it to any person who requests to see it.
