§ 110.03 ABLE GOVERNANCE.
   From and after the effective date of this chapter, all matters relating to the regulation of alcoholic beverages shall be governed by the provisions of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, codified in 37A O.S., except as may be provided for by the provisions of this chapter.
