7-3-3: ATTACHMENT TO VEHICLES PROHIBITED:
It is unlawful for any person riding upon a bicycle, coaster, roller skates, rollerblades, skateboard, sled, or toy vehicle to attach the same or themselves to any vehicle upon a street. (Ord. 2010-6, 10-12-2010)
