§ 90.06 REMEDIAL ACTION.

   The remedies against public nuisances are:

   (A)   Prosecution on complaint before the Municipal Court;

   (B)   Prosecution of information or indictment before another appropriate court;

   (C)   Civil action; and

   (D)   Abatement:

      (1)   By the person injured as provided in 50 O.S. § 12; and

      (2)   By the town in accordance with law and ordinance.
