6-4-2: AIDING IN AN OFFENSE:
When no punishment for counseling or aiding in the commission of a particular offense is expressly prescribed by ordinances, every person who counsels or aids another in the commission of the offense is guilty of an offense, or misdemeanor, and punishable in the same manner as the principal offender. (2003 Code § 8-1-3)
