6-2-9: TOWN-COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION:
Nothing herein is intended to or shall prevent, hinder or prohibit the town from entering an agreement with the board of county commissioners for the establishment of a joint town- county emergency management organization, such agreement and joint organization being specifically authorized. (2003 Code § 1-10-11; amd. 2014 Code)
