(A) All regular meetings for the Town Board shall be held on the second Monday of each month, unless conflicting with a holiday.
(B) (1) The town meetings normally begin at 6:15 p.m. with the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.
(2) However, at any time during its meetings, the town’s Board of Trustees may recess and take up the agenda for the Board of Adjustment, the Board of Trustees, the Planning and Zoning Commission, the Public Works Authority, the Municipal Hospital Authority, the Nursing Facility Authority or the Economic Development Authority.
