(A) It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, or his or her agents, servants or employees, to make a connection of any kind to the town’s sanitary or storm sewerage or refuse or fail to perform any act which is prohibited or refuse or fail to perform any act which, in this subchapter, is required.
(B) Where such acts or omissions continue for more than one day, each day on which such acts or omissions continue shall be a separate offense.
