§ 52.03 USE OF PUBLIC SEWER SYSTEM.
   (A)   (1)   Every residence and building equipped with toilet facilities, in which humans reside or are employed or congregate, shall be required to have sanitary methods for the disposal of human excreta, namely, sanitary water closet or closets.
      (2)   The toilets required by this subchapter shall be the sanitary water closet type when located within 300 feet of a sanitary sewer, and connected thereto, or a septic tank system with sufficient tile field for complete subsurface absorption when not so located.
   (B)   No discharge of storm water, ground water, roof runoff, foundation drainage or other subsurface drainage shall be discharged into the sanitary sewerage system of the town.
