The remedies against public nuisances are:
A. Prosecution on complaint before the municipal court.
B. Prosecution of information or indictment before another appropriate court.

D. Abatement:
1. By the person injured as provided in 50 Oklahoma Statutes section 12. (2003 Code § 7-1-4; amd. 2014 Code)
2. By the town in accordance with law and ordinance. (2003 Code § 7-1-4)
