5-1-3: PUBLIC NUISANCES PROHIBITED:
It is unlawful for any person (owner, lessee, or other) to create or maintain a public nuisance within the town, or to permit a public nuisance to remain on premises under his control within the town. (2003 Code § 7-1-7)
