§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punishable by a fine as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances, and each day’s failure to comply with any such provision shall constitute a separate violation.
