Any sign now or hereafter existing which for a period of thirty (30) days no longer advertises a bona fide business conducted, a product sold, or a service offered, shall be taken down and removed by the owner or owners of the building or premises upon which it is located within thirty (30) days of written notice from the City Building Inspector.
