Water used from outside faucets shall not be subject to the sewer service charge if such water is not discharged into the public sewer system and is separately metered. All such water must be measured through an additional meter purchased from the City and installed at the customer’s expense. Upon approved installation, the sewer service charge shall not apply to all water measured through such meter.
