158.17 VIOLATION.

Any violation of or failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be a violation of this Code of Ordinances and may be subject to Chapter 4, Municipal Infractions. Each violation of or failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense.
