§ 131.03 LOITERING ON COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS.
   It shall be a trespass and unlawful for any person to loiter and remain upon or against any commercial or industrial building within the village including standing or sitting in doorways or doorsteps; sitting or leaning against windows or doors of buildings or other projecting parts of buildings; or leaning against windows or doors of buildings for any purpose not connected with attending to business within the building.
