§ 130.18 PARENTS, GUARDIANS AND THE LIKE.
   No parent, guardian or other person having the legal care and custody of any minor under the age of 18 years shall allow or permit any minor while in his or her legal custody to loiter, idle or congregate in or upon any public street, highway, alley or park as prohibited in §§ 130.15 through 130.17 of this subchapter.
