§ 111.16 TERMINATION.
   (A)   The grantee may surrender its franchise at any time in which event it shall refund all prepaid and unearned service and other charges collected from subscribers.
   (B)   The Council may terminate the franchise of any grantee who shall default in any of its obligations hereunder, except for causes beyond the reasonable control of the grantee, provided that the grantee shall be given 60 days' written notice to correct any default or noncompliance before the Council may proceed to terminate the franchise under this section. If the default cannot be corrected within 60 days for a valid reason, the Village Council shall extend the time for a reasonable period. The grantee shall be entitled to a hearing before the Council to determine the propriety of termination of the franchise by it pursuant to this section. The decision of the Council shall be final.
   (C)   Upon termination of its franchise, the grantee shall at its own expense remove from the village streets all of its facilities and equipment therein utilized by it in its CATV operation unless the Council shall specifically authorize it to leave all or part of the facilities and equipment in place.
