§ 111.12 RATES.
   (A)   The grantee shall establish rates and charges which are fair, reasonable and nondiscriminatory.
   (B)   The rates and charges and changes thereto shall be effective 30 days after approval by the Village Council.
   (C)   A copy of all approved rates shall be on file with the Village Clerk for public examination.
