No person shall engage in the business of being a solicitor without first having obtained a permit. Persons desiring a permit as provided for in this article shall file an application on a form prescribed or provided by the Village Clerk. Applications for a permit shall be completed in their entirety and submitted at least one business day prior to the commencement of the proposed business of being a solicitor. Persons seeking a permit from the village must have identification with a company logo and the person's picture for all persons identified on the permit as representing the applicant or the applicant's company or organization.
