§ 103.10 DISCHARGING FIREWORKS RESTRICTIONS.
   The discharge of fireworks and novelties are required to comply with the manufacturer's directions and prohibits discharging consumer fireworks in the following ways:
   (A)   At any person, vehicle, or conveyance;
   (B)   During wind speeds exceeding ten miles per hour;
   (C)   From any location not at ground level;
   (D)   From any surface that is not flat and level;
   (E)   From within any container or object that could impede the aerial progress of the firework or cause a fire or explosion;
   (F)   Within 20 feet of a property line;
   (G)   Within 25 feet of a building;
   (H)   Within 50 feet of a flame or flammable surface;
   (I)   Within 500 feet of a gas station;
   (J)   Within any enclosed space;
   (K)   Within any public road or right-of-way; and
   (L)   Within, upon, or from a motor vehicle.
